Account ban issue

Dear PUBG Support Team, I'm writing to appeal the unjustified 10-year ban on my PUBG Mobile account (551531555). As a dedicated and loyal player since the game's debut, I have always adhered to your guidelines and policies to ensure a fair gaming environment. Recently, I achieved the rank of Conqueror and top 40 in NA while playing safe and grinding with my friends, only to find my account banned without any prior warnings or lighter penalties. This decision feels extremely unfair and has not only disrupted my experience but also negatively impacted my friends. We all play together, and this ban has significantly affected our gaming community. With the 10-year ban I will never be able to play with them again. I have invested a considerable amount of money into this account, showing my commitment and support for PUBG Mobile. Moreover, I have always reported cheaters to help maintain the integrity of the game. The idea that I would engage in any illicit activities is simply unfounded. I kindly request a thorough review and reconsideration of my case. I am confident that upon review, it will be clear that this ban is a mistake. Please restore my account so I can continue enjoying the game fairly and without the shadow of an undeserved ban. Thank you for your attention and swift resolution of this matter. (P.S the video is a failed attempt at making a clip for YouTube. It goes to show that there is not any cheats being used by this account and is clear evidence that I’m not using cheats and infact reported the players who I had felt like were cheating) Best regards,

I’ve done this but looking at the records there’s no chance itll be accepted. I wasn’t even able to upload the evidence and videos that I have as proof that I was not cheating. How do we send in videos to help our case? I’m not understanding how this is efficient or consistent at all, unless the team just doesn’t really care at all if you’ve lost your accounts wrongfully or not. My friends are being affected by this and we need answers from humane people, not AI.

My claim was unsuccessful which just proves that PUBG mobile does not care. I’ve not done anything wrong, I’ve got witness, video evidence, etc. and my claim was unsuccessful. I’m a 7 year player who has never condoned cheaters in this game and have tried my best to keep the game as fair as possible. The fact I’m the one who gets banned is mind boggling to me. I’ve spent a ton of money and time in this game and the fact I’ve been banned until 2035 without violating anything on the TOS shows PUBG mobile does not care. I have plenty of videos and clips of in game play. This is petty and an exact example of violating “consumer protection laws” and a “breach of contract.” As I currently have an active royale pass membership on the account. In my 7 years of playing this game i wouldn’t have imagined waking up randomly to a 10 year ban without any warning of what I was doing wrong, no signs of my account being at risk for any circumstance, nothing. Instead PUBG Mobile decides to go straight to a 10 year ban for nothing while in the process banning multiple friends I would play with. The staff at PUBG Mobile should be investigated, this is insanity. With thousands of people losing their accounts to this crap every day it’s getting out of hand. FIND THE REAL CHEATERS AND LEAVE US ALONE!!!

Doing this was pointless. My account got rejected once again. What could I possibly do to get my account back? Yall are always sending these appeal links and looking at the docs, not but 1/50 people seem like actually get accepted. I’ve not participated in any cheating or violation of the ToS.

Appeals submitted via the form are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the operations manager at Tencent. If your appeal status is shown as rejected, it means that your account was found to violate PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. These terms are accepted by each player upon the creation of their accounts. Thank you for understanding.

You can’t even provide information about anything. Legit couldn’t even give the proof of us not cheating anywhere but here and all yall do here is send a link to the appeal. And we signed up and accepted the TOS, we didn’t accept something that said you could just have you account blatantly taken for not doing a single thing all. Not only did it ban my account while I didn’t do anything, it banned it for a decade without any warning to chance of me fixing the problem. It’s actually sickening that yall treat people like this.

Literally everything yall have done by banning my account absolutely no reason. Saying I’ve cheated in a game where I’ve given proof of where I’m absolutely not cheating. Unfair business practices considering you all do not check bans and instead go based off what a bot system you think is flawless says. Adding it, you will ban other people who are actually using cheats and moderation for 7 days before you actually ban them for 10 years, I never even got the chance to fix what I was dealing with in order to solve my issues in game which lead to a 10 year ban. My point is this is unfair, and I never got the chance to solve the issue, instead wake up to a 10 year ban that I can not control and when I go to make appeals it immediately gets rejected, my claims got rejected, and I’ve emailed the company support team just to be slapped in the face with the ridiculous over use of the same automated messages each time saying to file a claim, file an appeal, etc.
