Merry Christmas, not.
Today I wake up expecting to have a fun Christmas and to enjoy the holidays, but instead i wake up to find out that my 83 level, 6 year, 2x conqueror account has been banned for 10 years. FOR WHAT? This is the 2nd account that has been banned for 10 years for absolutely nothing, and yes PUBG bots, it’s NOTHING. This not only has been happening to my brother but it has been happening to me quite often recently, even being banned on thanksgiving when I was traveling to another state with my family, which also ruined my day. The reason causing this is unknown and I have not been able to get any non bot support to help me resolve this problem and I’m honestly thinking about going through legal methods and filing a lawsuit. It’s getting out of hand. I’ve put in too much time and money for this to happen the way it’s been happening and not doing anything to wrongfully to go against the terms of service. I’m not sure if the people I’m playing with are just hackers that I’m not aware about, or if me changing locations rapidly while being logged into the game causes detections for hacks but I DO NOT CHEAT. I have never in my 6-7 years of playing this game have ever seen an actual hacks for this game outside of the fact I’m being killed by them every time I’m running in a field and they somehow chase me down from 500 meters away.
I’m writing this because I don’t know what else to do, I’ve contacted PUBG mobile support teams before and they’ve went out their way to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it and it’s p*ssing me off. They take your hundreds of dollars and give you all of these rewards for being a returner but will not go out of their way to support your needs in any given way.
Like I said, I have contacted PUBG mobile support before, I’ve contacted this specific discord channel before and nothing has been done, no safety precautions or warnings have been given, NOTHING.
I have plenty of video evidence and screenshots backing up my statements of not cheating as I am my self not a professional player of the game, and if you even seen my clips you’d clearly see there are NO CHEATS or any unfair advantages being used. If I do not get the help o deserve after these wrongful terminations, I will gladly go through a court system or any legal method I have to, to either A. Get my account back Or B. Get my refunds back from the game Account ID: 5374969296 Like I said I have plenty of evidence and videos showing I do not use any cheats or illegal add-ons. I’ve been a loyal, fair, and honest player since 2018 and I am very disappointed in the support. We unfortunately cannot help you any further if your claim was previously rejected.
Slap in the face you even send that after reading my message, if you even read the message.

It’s all bot ran which is the problem smh.

You have the option to appeal your permanent account suspension through the community support form by using the Appeal option: https://pubgmobile.live/support. If it was rejected, then this account was confirmed to be cheating. There is unfortunately nothing else we can do to help you with this.
