VC4 500 hybrid y resonance speed low
that's great! 🙂 as far as 500's go, i don't think anyone posted much better graphs yet. tension is tricky, because almost all levels work and can produce clean graphs. For higher shaper recommendation you want them tighter, but if you go too tight print quality might degrade even if graphs are great. if you ever feel interested about more methodical way of measuring tension i can link you few things 🙂 but you don't need it if you want to print cool stuff instead of trying to milk all the performance out of the printer.

two peaks on belt tension
frequency response comparison graph, moves the printed at 45 degrees angle, so the printer will vibrate both at Y axis resonance frequency and on X axis resonance frequency. it's good that you have 2 peaks

your wire harness might pull the toolhead back, you can move the wiring a bit by hand to see if it affects the toolhead. if it doesn't visibly twist, Y axis graph looks fine, it's about expected for stock build. X is super wide though. https://yko.im/2hex.png and the peak should be around the 100hz where you got a small peak

noise is good if it's under 100, but it seems like it's a bit leaning forward/backward as Y shouldn't read 1/10th of earth acceleration while stationary.

im not a fan of that mount it measures in the middle of nowhere, but i digress. first make sure the accelerometer is securely attached and it doesn't wobble if you touch it. then run ACCELEROMETER_QUERY and MEASURE_AXES_NOISE to verify it's working correctly and doesn't return invalid values (happens sometimes)

you are most likely print faster than on prusa, faster speed requires more cooling. temp looks fine :thumbsUp2:

Opinion on these graphs
the simple diagnosis is that the graph shows vibrations 30-100x smaller than they normally are. No need to compare it to X at all. X better than Y isn't universally true on all types of machines (pretty much only on corexy) so it;s not the best way of diagnosing problems. It's also possible to have better Y than X on corexy if the X axis is the one with the problem.

it doesn't have higher frequency, we don't know what the real frequency is, because some mechanical issues make the test result invalid, best you can say about it is that there's a problem.
from what people shown on v-cores Y axis on hybrid is nowhere close to being better than X axis anyway 😄

not enough cooling, what kind of filament and print settings? maybe there are other problems but the print is absolutely melted so can't really tell for sure

Vcore 4 endless ringing
if you run internal perimeters much faster than internal, the artifacts from them can show outside as well. You are going to switch to hybrid anyway so there's not much sense in trying to tune corexy print quality. because there's a bunch of stuff that make the surface quality shitty that's not directly related to input shaping. eg. if PA is off it can manifest in similar way or magnify visible ringing. in your place, i'd try to find a reason for that 100hz peak if possible. Then add the hybrid hardware and only then tune print quality.
