Oof, not sure how much faster I can push printing PETG on this setup...

Seems to, yup!!! Wow, have not tried that yet but it's definitely quieter (bumped up the speed factor to 120%). So what does that mean? some kind of resonant speed?

Adaptive Mesh not working
Oh, well that could do it. Is there an instruction page on how to upgrade?

Printed Parts
What's your extrusion multiplier? May be a slight over extrusion causing the dimensions to be slightly oversized but all the holes and belt gaps to be under sized. That's the issue I had with PETG parts (had the opposite issue when I reprinted in ASA)

Not sure what is causing this.....
I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction but this looks like a hardware issue to me and not directly slicer related since it's only happening on one side. My first 3 guesses would be uneven cooling, belt issue (potentially some dirt/debris on the belt), or a partially clogged/misaligned nozzle which could cause over extrusion in one direction. What if you rotate the benchy 90 degrees and/or 180 degrees. See if it appears on the same physical side of the benchy or if it happens in the same direction relative to the printer (i.e. always appears toward the front or back of the printer) if it does change with the orientation of the benchy and not the printer then might be a slicer issue.

Y-endstop Not Close Enough
Nevermind... I'm very dumb. I've been running my V-core 3.0 for almost a year without realising the little rubber bumpers on the rails should be removed. That's what it was bottoming out on 🙃
