Under 50$ new is propably Charles Tyrwhitt with their 3-for-99 deal. Spier&Mackay stuff is a little bit more pricey but pretty good for the price point. If you are okay with used stuff there will be a ton of shirts on ebay et. al.

Corduroy - Topic of the day 11/16/24

What I don't love about corduroy is how relatively tricky it is to pull off double corduroy. Double denim is much easier imo

Corduroy - Topic of the day 11/16/24

Corduroy is great. I used to have a lot of it but for some reason I passed a lot of it on. Things I love about corduroy not mentioned yet: -Drapes pretty well for cotton. -Works pretty well in vibrant colours -Wide whale corduroy has a bit of a sheen, adding visual interest. I will eventually need to hunt for a very casual two piece set (i.e. Sherpa Trucker jacket + 5 pocket trouser or something like that) in corduroy.
