I have a new best, which is down to about .4mm deviation. At this point i think there is a tiny bit of warp on the left half of the bed, and a tiny bit of frame adjustment needed, but I'm not really the expert in regards to evaluating meshes against frame and bed geometry

@Helge Keck did you manage to fix that bent bed plate you showed me? What process did you use that worked?
I haven't been able to make a noticeable change

When the bed arrived from rat rig in Fall of 2023, it was completely flat, so I should be able to easily fix this, since it seems to have bent just from being carted around for the last year and a half

For anyone who visits this, the current status is that I am trying to do a little bed doctoring by weighing down the corner of the bed plate for the next 24 hours. There does appear to be a slight bend in the back left corner of the bed.

I did do physical checks of the extrusions, rails, and XY joiners for tolerances. I did the bed when it arrived, but I have moved since then, and it's sat in various places around the shop, and just a cursory inspection right now seems to show a slight bend in the back right

@Helge Keck I have the VC4 front tensioners, but with a slight redesign to be secured by t-nuts so I could adapt them to the VC3.1 Frame. To you think a slight difference in idler height would affect the mesh in this way also?

I just realigned Y rails, and am re-meshing now. Seems like that back left corner is still a problem, and I keep raising front left till it gets to the point the z axis struggles to reach the front left bed corner

This is a Vcore 3.1 IDEX, but with VC4 tensioners and toolhead parts, using a joiner that is slightly modified from the VC4 joiner

ADC out of range
In my case, it wound up being a bad thermistor, so there won't be a need to flash a new tool board. Just have to wait a few days for the replacement part before I can test my 314 IDEX build for the first time
