Commissioning Mesh - race to the top

I am working on meshing my cold bed before putting the heater on it, and I seem to be racing to the top with my left and right front corners. When i start, I am pretty much on the same plane with A,B, and D corners (FL, FR, BL) as well as rear middle probe point, with the C (BR) corner off by anywhere from -.4 to -.7.
If I make even a slight adjustment to the B corner to bring it up a tad, then then next mesh shows, the D corner off by -.4 to -.7. And I just seem to keep racing to bring both corner up and up and up.

This is a Vcore 3.1 IDEX, but with VC4 tensioners and toolhead parts, using a joiner that is slightly modified from the VC4 joiner just got my best ever mesh, and wondering if I should call it good and slap the heated bed on it. Still a range of .435

realign your y rails also, make sure the bed itself isnt bended, this happens as well if this is the case you cant imrpove it anymore or you fix your bed by placing some wight on it for 24 hours

I just realigned Y rails, and am re-meshing now. Seems like that back left corner is still a problem, and I keep raising front left till it gets to the point the z axis struggles to reach the front left bed corner I may have to try some bed bending

before doing any meshes you should be aware of your bed first and the corner can be fixed easily

I should have done that, and I didn't. Thank you for the advice Helge @Helge Keck I have the VC4 front tensioners, but with a slight redesign to be secured by t-nuts so I could adapt them to the VC3.1 Frame. To you think a slight difference in idler height would affect the mesh in this way also?

no if your bed have no issues and you still have the bended mesh then you have a bowed gantry by tension, meaning the gantry is maybe a bit too long and get stressed between the joiners, or the extrusion itself is bowed i test such things before assembling and try to fix the issues first like the bed and the extrusion if you are not aware fo their physical state you can loose a lot of time trying to tune it

I did do physical checks of the extrusions, rails, and XY joiners for tolerances. I did the bed when it arrived, but I have moved since then, and it's sat in various places around the shop, and just a cursory inspection right now seems to show a slight bend in the back right so yeah, looks like I'll need to do a bit of bed bending
