First layer problem
The first layer on mine is also very meh... I am also Limited to smaller prints because prints over the entire bed are so unreliable. Worst experience ever compared to any of my 4 other printers...

Extrusion flow issue VCore 4
Therefore on my T0 the shown 210 C were closer to 230. After reducing my temp to 190 on T0 I got a good benchy just like on T1 with the same filament at 210 C

Extrusion flow issue VCore 4
Hey, I had a similar problem. I am using an IDEX version and couldn't figure out why one Tool head produced a perfect benchy while the other one looked similar to yours. I narrowed it down to the print temperature. The Rapido hotends seem to have a really large temperature reading delta.

The 2nd problem afterwards were gaps + ripples. This was caused by an to high print speed (Default profile in PS is not suited for PLA @ 200mm/s lol)

Smudgy/ripply top layers & solid infill
I faced similar problems the past days. One of my finding is that my T0 is hotter than displayed which caused ripples on my top layers while printing at 210 C because it was actually at 230-240C. After reducing it to 190C I gor better

Might be PA? I've seen that on my printer before tuning PA?

But still, I think it would be better to move to the endstop location before moving closer to the cam again

High toolhead z-offset of 0.088125mm!

Your toolhead z-offset could be better.
Use minimum 0.3mm first layer height for copy and mirror mode prints.

Maybe it is better to move X/Y when the printer moved the bed down and before it moves up again to engage with the endstop. Makes it less scarry

It s working now. Just after my first try of running this calibration and the nozzle decided to crash into the cam (An hour ago) I was to quick on pressing the E.Stop for any of the other tries.
