Extrusion flow issue VCore 4
Just got through commissioning, first build from a kit, and everything is as square and tuned as I can get it mechanically. I'm not sure what to try to troubleshoot this.
First layers look good, then things go off the rails when I start hitting layers with infill. Remarkably, once past those layers the print continues like it never had a problem. I've tried a few (dry) filaments, and no improvement.
I'm using Prusa Slicer with Generic PLA presets.

So I did work this out; my parts cooling fan was not wired properly and was not running at ALL. Once a 4028 is spinning you really can't miss it.

Hey,
I had a similar problem.
I am using an IDEX version and couldn't figure out why one Tool head produced a perfect benchy while the other one looked similar to yours.
I narrowed it down to the print temperature. The Rapido hotends seem to have a really large temperature reading delta.
Therefore on my T0 the shown 210 C were closer to 230. After reducing my temp to 190 on T0 I got a good benchy just like on T1 with the same filament at 210 C
