Itll be one of the motor pulleys. Disable motors and move the heads around one by one while watching the pulley and see if you notice sort of a bulge on one

If you still have the "wave like" resistance pattern when belts are tensioned and moving by hand Id bet it is a out of round motor pulley. I had the same thing and had to replace one - carefully watch the center of the pulley while moving toolhead and you will see it

True, but voron xy range is 7.5-15NM on *6MM * belts/bearings

Voron z belts are for example 20-25NM so Id think we are well within limits for the bearings

Nice! My sweet spot with the belter is 6.45mm which converts to 15.77NM or 11.63Lbs according to their calculator

Its not really optional with petg - you must use glue or this is what happens, especially if the z height isnt absolutely perfect. The petg fuses to the surface

Prob the previous damage, I use glue with petg and no problems. Without glue petg will ruin most plates
