Some plastics grip too tightly to the build plate and cause damage. For those you need to use a release agent to prevent damage

I have used the magigoo adhesive. Doea that work slightly as a releace agent also?

Are you pulling the parts off while the plate is still hot?

Yes. Usually hadnt been an issue in my past of 3d printing

this is also happening to me on the 500 PEI sheet. Petg at 90 degrees bed temp is delaminating the PEI . i used Pei on other printers and not had an issue like this. This is not caused by yanking off a hot bed. This is some kind of issues with this specific PEI sheet. Manufacturing error or are all Ratrig sheets going to behave this way?

Did you use any kind of glue/release agent?

same here with PETG, the first times i didn't use glue, now i'm using it and it still peels off part of the build pate, may be because of the previous damage

Prob the previous damage, I use glue with petg and no problems. Without glue petg will ruin most plates

Its not really optional with petg - you must use glue or this is what happens, especially if the z height isnt absolutely perfect. The petg fuses to the surface
