Bad First Layer Outside of Probed Area
this is from my cfg file, i have a vcore 200 btw, maybe is more forgiving because of the smaller plate

I got some improvement by disabling the fade. Can't remember if i changed something else but now my first layer is consistent even with my gantry not being perfectly squared

You can increase the area of meshing by editing the coordinates of your mesh min and mesh max on the [bed_mesh] section and subtracting the offsets of the probe. I did that to my printer for the same reason.

Diagonally out of bounds...
On your slicer go to the "machine gcode" section and check if anything is wrong there. Check also the "filament gcode" section, maybe there's something here that tell the printer to make that long move

Extruder Skipping and A Mess on Large Prints
How much retraction are you using? Could be also heat creep or the extruder motor getting very hot on long prints or not reciving enough current

I always thought you couldn't go at 80/90% with current because the driver wouldn't last long. I tried going at 2.6 and oh boy it's fast af. I feel very dumb right now.. 39K at 1000mm/s btw

I just followed the ratos guide and commented out the 2209 lines. You need to change the jumpers on your board from uart to spi on your A/B drivers https://os.ratrig.com/docs/configuration/advanced-stepper-configuration/
