Extruder Skipping and A Mess on Large Prints
Machine Info: V-Core 3.1 400mm non-enclosed
Extruder: Bondetch LGX Lite
HotEnd: Rapido 2 (non-UHF)
Nozzle: 0.5mm
Filament: Overture Black PETG (Brand new and dried before using)
Ellis standard profiles for RR 400 - Went back to the defaults in frustration
Extruder Temp: 235
Bed Temp: 83
I've done a ton of printing on this printer, and the small parts are great and perfect. Everything is good up to something about 4x4 inches in size. However, once I start printing larger parts (in this case, the un-original Prusa filament box pieces), I get the extruder starting to skip, and the infill quality goes to shit.
I've slowed it down, it's increased hot-end temps, and I'm at a loss at this point. I've been pulling my hair out with this one and wondering if anyone has run into this or has any thoughts I'm all ears

How much retraction are you using? Could be also heat creep or the extruder motor getting very hot on long prints or not reciving enough current
