When I made the cuts in resolve and then played it back in resolve right after, its definitely noticeable. After I rendered it and go back and watched it locally I could still see it. But now that i'ts been uploaded and processed by YT I cant see it even though I know where to look. Which is fine by me! I assume its not noticeable to anyone else either!
So I guess its not an issue at all. Sorry for the wasted time.

OBS gets stuck on "Stoping Recording"
Just saw this. Just letting you know I have experienced this in the recent past also. I just close OBS and restart. Never put much thought into it after restarting and it running normally. Although it never caused me any major loss either.

If I read this correctly you would need a 3rd PC for streaming to seamlessly switch from the Drawing PC to Gaming PC while streaming. To do what you are asking with what you got you would have to start drawing and gaming on 1 PC if you wanted to use a 2nd PC for streaming.

so its ok then? i just assumed it was a bad thing. the sound of my cooler screaming makes my skin crawl. LOL this issue has consumed me so much... I tried watching football... playing game, taking a nap, lol i cant stop thinking about it.

Even when I do the same things as before to replicate the "bug" I cant. It has proven to be inconsistent. When I dont use 265 it makes my CPU overall usage go to 100% and i do not want that. So why am I using resolve again if its just going to cook my CPU? This small issue has taken so much of my time this weekend and has worn me out. Very frustrated.

And out of no where it decided to not use the GPU again and reverts to 264... lol very unpredictable behavior.
