I have a specific streaming question and i was wondering if i could get some help.
I'm an artist, and i want to start streaming. you see, i draw and game on 2 different PCs. I saw your video on a dual stream setup but i dont really want to extend my gaming pc to my drawing desk because the base for my drawing tablet just restricts my mouse movement quite a lot, so i was wondering if there is a way i could possibly stream drawing and photoshop on my first computer, and whenever i am done drawing if i can just transition to the other pc with the same streamlabs OBS account, as in, just transition PCs without turning off stream and turning it on again after going to my other PC. is this possible? I thank you for your time, again i would like to pay you for your time if you normally dont answer random questions like these. @//addie

But yes, you'd do a traditional dual PC setup, streaming from your second PC (the one you want to transition to) and then just also use sources on that second PC when you want to use it for your stream too

sounds good tho, thanks! i did a little more digging, and it sounds viable. just wondering: What do i do with the mics and webcams? I have 2 XLRs since the pcs have a decent distance from each other. and theyre connected to their respective preamps.. how do i switch the mics as soon as i change scenes to the other pc?
If I read this correctly you would need a 3rd PC for streaming to seamlessly switch from the Drawing PC to Gaming PC while streaming. To do what you are asking with what you got you would have to start drawing and gaming on 1 PC if you wanted to use a 2nd PC for streaming.

You just make whichever PC is the better one your streaming PC and do that task on it as a single PC setup whenever not doing the other PC's task
so like if drawing PC is best PC, capture card for gaming PC goes in it, dual PC for gaming and then scene swap to single pc streaming for drawing
