essentials vanish (at least it was back when we used it) is basically just an invisible potion with the bubbles removed

it lets you vanish, actually removes the packets of your player so hacked clients can't see you, and you can customize vanished behavior (including /msg!) so much better

We had chat control for our swear/slur filter and CMI for our chat formatting and private/public chat rooms

Auto Chunk Reloading
I can try looking at the chunk settings but again, to my knowledge the settings haven't been changed since before the 1.19.4 --> 1.20.1 update so if paper itself is now using a newer config, then that might cause it and I would need to play in the configs. But the server's map has been around for nearly a year, I don't see how doing chunk pregen would fix the issue as again, less than a week ago this wasn't happening so idk how it's a chunk generation issue

I updated paper, still happening. I also checked the paper settings in the
config/ directory and I didn't find anything specific about chunk reloading or player count that would specifically cause this behavior to be occuring14 replies

Whether or not you ban the user from the server is up to you, I think they meant that you should ban them from the shop at the least. we ban them from the shop on our server but not from the server itself.
As far as appeals go, that is also up to you. We would just generally want to make sure that the player is genuinely remorseful for what they did or something like that, which is hard to gauge over text (unless you do voice appeals).
As for identifying the person, you can require that they provide a purchase verification number or real name on the card, or even the credit card number if you are so inclined, I believe you have access to that info on the backend so providing some sort of proof of purchase would be smart and necessary

Bulk Plugin Installing
I would also recommend not doing auto updates, I tried looking into that as well but yeah some of the plugins I use just add features and auto-enable them so without knowing which plugins were updated when it makes it much more tedious and creates more work than it solves
