Can't place armorstands in creative world
I am having an issue on my server where armorstands aren't able to be placed in our creative world. After disabling a few plugins, I've found that I can place armorstands once GPFlags is disabled, so has anyone else had this issue? I can place them in creative mode in other words, but it's just my creative world that I can't do it. The creative world uses PlotSquared to function, but It worked back in 1.19 and I didn't need to disable PlotSquared to get armorstands placed. I can't find anything in the config, nor any flags that might be set globally. Has anyone had this issue at all?
I can't summon armor stands but I can summon a procosmetics music cosmetic which uses armor stands, so im a bit lost at this point
I'm running paper 1.20.1. Plugins are attached.
GPFlags config is attached.
Let me know if any more information is needed.
If anyone else has any ideas as to which plugin might be causing this, suggestions are helpful. I have been digging for a while.

Auto Chunk Reloading
Hello, I run a paper 1.20.1 server and we just updated from 1.19.4 to 1.20.1 a few days ago, and we've noticed that all of our players on the server are having their chunks being reloaded every few minutes, causing a flicker on the screen. It's the same effect as pressing
F3+A in game.
It happens to all players, regardless of rank or position in the world. Right now it seems to be tied to player count, so when we get to about 15/60 players on the server it starts doing this to everyone on some interval.
Has anyone experience this issue at all? I'm at a loss for what could be causing it, seems more like a client rendering issue than any plugin or server issue but it happens at the same time. If anyone has any ideas for where I can check as well for settings, let me know.
