What is the best chat plugin?
Would prefer proxy wide functionality but able to part with that if its well documented and has cool features

yea good formatting, channels, etc
and maybe some moderation

We had chat control for our swear/slur filter and CMI for our chat formatting and private/public chat rooms
But CMI kinda does everything

best plugin i've used, had to get rid of a lot of plugins bc they aren't needed anymore
