Print head juts along y when x is moved /vice versa
Solved. It was a loose toothed gear around the stepper.

Actually think it migbt be a stepper Motor. They're not supposed to Move whem they have power going through them, Right?

Regularly spaced lines on pieces (Z banding?)
I had a similar issue some time ago and it was due to the slicer. Is it set for "inner/Outer" on the wall printing order? That's what caused it for me (orcaslicer).

Tightening the belts seems to cause the upper belt's arc to increase between 25 and 50 while lower belt goes up between 100 and 125.

Is that "top z distance" in orca? Sorry some of the terminology changes between slicers. If it's that, it's .3mm. If it's "top interface spacing" it's .5. As for the support interface fan I think it was disabled cuz I see it at -1% on the filament setting

Turning cooling off entirely was the only thing that worked. I switched to another piece instead to look better.
