For whatever reason I had not given trickers a serious look. I think I always (maybe incorrectly) associate them with brogueing that isn't my taste. Looks like they have a few good options too

Yeah I'm sort of looking for that sweet spot between blundstones and camions. Blundstones are a good rec too but yeah maybe a bit more bulbous in the toe than I'm looking for

Good rec, but probably slightly more sleek and fashion oriented than I'm looking for, if that helps sort of calibrate.
Looking for the boot that was built for utility and happens to be minimal rather than a boot that was designed to be minimal in form first, if that makes sense

I guess my point is, unless you are wearing normal rise trousers with a shirt tucked in, or have a cropped shirt underneath - your shirt is going to stick out

The angle of the photo makes it hard to tell what is going on exactly, but the crop on the bomber looks fine to me. I just think your trousers are a bit low rise. A more regular rise (not even high) would likely get rid of the problem
If you only wear trousers in that position, then maybe the jacket isn't the one for you
