Bread best thing you can do is figure out what you want your hair to look like. Maybe looking at pictures of curly hair and saving ones you like to show a salon or barber
If you want to keep it curly you have a lot of options. But I don't think folks here will be super prescriptive about how you should look, because that's really something you should choose yourself

I would say go for it if you find orphaned suit pants secondhand or the perfect pair of wool pants that happen to be suit pants
But you have options outside of solely suit pants for wool trousers, if that makes sense

No way they are worth it for a pair of socks
This place is popular in Japan and there were a bunch of people walking in in margiela tabis buying socks. I'm sure the etsy shops are okay too

Sweater fit check
Yes the sleeves are slightly long on the brown one, but I would much prefer something be slightly oversized than slightly undersized. As it is it looks fine to me
The cable knit looks nicer in general to my eyes - I am not a huge fan of thinner cotton sweaters because I find they can drape oddly and the cable knit has enough heft and structure to it where that isn't a problem

This coat could have been sitting in a closet for years
Give it a few days to air out and it should be fine.
A diluted vinegar spray is another option if you really cannot wait for some reason. Should be roughly 2pt water 1pt white vinegar
