it's hard to predict canadian winter tbh, it's not just 'cold' like everyone says lol, it can be cold and dry, or have weeks where it's warmer but wet and the snow is like a slush, it's also changed a lot from season to season as far as styles, my wardrobe as a whole is getting more refined, I like the look of a car coat but I think it's too long for me, I think a parka of some sort is needed but I don't like how many of them have large branding and don't look business ready, i also saw something about a mackinaw cruiser jacket and thought that looked kind of cool but maybe too much workwear vibes? sorry i'm really open to anything

true that - should've mentioned - i'm in Toronto area, it can get cold - but we've had a pretty mild winter last year - i like things are relatively simple, not flashy or heavily branded, good quality that lasts a long time if not forever with care - i don't want anything extra long that passes my knees, i think i'd like it to sit around my thighs at most - thank you
