tbh to me it does not look like they are permanently sewn from this photo... they could very well be who knows, but that black stitch looks like a normal hem to me, just turned up

ya these jeans are basically defined by that lining. It wont be hard to find washed black jeans in a similar fit

A nice change of thinking for me is that its ok to get rid of something I used to like but don't anymore, or especially something expensive I bought but don't actually like. Just getting rid of it feels so freeing
