Denim chore coats are a great option, especially if you get one large enough to fit over a slimmer/thinner sweater like a Shetland it can be used as outerwear down into lower temps as well, and all the pockets are nice to have

Make sure to machine wash black denim inside out though, sometimes they end up oddly marbled when machine washed otherwise.

I gave advice on how large scale changes in body composition affect how clothing fits and that that should be considered before purchasing something if the plan is to make such a change in the immediate future, which is just as much sound financial advice.

What is causing this in almost all my jackets?
I don't really know how to tell if a tailor is good or not besides bringing in something to get tailored and judging their work against their price. Google reviews might be a good place to start if they're on there. You'll probably want a jacket or two that fit well in the meantime, and some of the tailoring advice in here seems like a good avenue to explore, like seeing if a current jacket if yours can have the shoulder padding adjusted.

How do I find long sleeve shirts that fit me?
I have a short torso for my arm length and height, and after going to the gym regularly it's just a worse issue now with my larger chest. I use proper cloth or take my shirts to the tailor, the tailor runs $10-20 per shirt for shortening.

Congratulations on the progress and making a change you want to see in yourself, it's not easy! There are alot of men with asymmetrical shoulders and wider hips that don't lose the weight or work out and find ways to fit suit jackets so it's definitely possible, but do understand that if you lose the weight around your midsection and also lift weights, you'll end up appreciably changing your body's proportions and anything that fits well now might not fit so well in a few months. If you live near a good tailor, take some time to go there with your jackets and whatever you'll usually wear them over and talk with the tailor about if they can fix it, how, and how much it will cost.
