Depends; I love green for tweeds, pastel pink and orange for silk and rayon, navy and grays for flannels, burgundy on a cashmere is gorgeous, deep brown on a suede, etc.

Why do most RTW suits still have low rise pants?

You're best bet is getting fit for dress trousers and jackets, and knowing some basic troublesome measurements, like your hips or shoulders if those are unusually proportioned. Then, go hit up ebay and learn the filters. You'd be blown away how many barely worn suits in more classic cuts are on there

You could always try japanese Hakama pants as well. Those are pleated and WIDE, but a similar silhouette

Just focus on wearing the rings you like, how you like. Whether a girl finds it masculine or otherwise is dependent how you wear it, but the best advice for life and finding someone to share it with to take the time to live a life you seriously enjoy and becoming someone you respect, the right people for you who do the same in their own life will find you and you'll find them doing this.

Thoughts on this vintage Brooks Brothers 3 piece suit?

It's one of the least appreciated benefits of a three piece imo, the ability to swap the vest for the jacket in hot weather, rolling up the sleeves helps stay cool and makes the vest/pants combo obviously intentional. You get the continuity of the same fabric top to bottom without sweating in the jacket

As for the vest, for giggles try taking off the jacket and rolling up the sleeves with a vest/shirt/tie combo. Depending on the cut of the vest and pants, it may look really nice and give you a great option for hotter weather

Ways to wear ties in (biz)-casual fits

Oxford cloth shirts, mid rise denim, casual jackets, suede shoes/loafers, dad cap, etc. Texture and color variation are your friends here, knit ties gove you a great ability to really lean into more heavy handed textures and more muted/worn in colors

If you're wearing a patterned tie with a patterned shirt, sometimes the top layer like a v neck sweater makes it work when it might not otherwise by giving the eye a nice block to rest at and allowing only enough of the patterned shirt/tie to show.

Sometimes ties can look strange without something over top, when it's just a tie and a collared shirt. Loke you posted earlier, under a v neck sweater that's cut to wear over a tie is a good option. Cardigans are another solid option, and of course blazers/suit jackets. I've always found odd vests a difficult look to pull off, but it can be done, or you could opt for a v neck sweater vest as well. There are a myriad of options, and ties can be extremely fun and a great way to inject personality and color into your wardrobe

Going a bit oversized on a balmacaan isn't terrible, it's a looser fit with raglan sleeves so it'll actually look quite natural a bit oversized

Understandable, you could always look for second hand on those if still wanted to explore. Wool, linen, Ramie are good choices then. Warm weather cottons are hit and miss imo, but those are also an option. Monitaly does a summer weight vancloth that is nice

Straight fit is great, I'd go with linen pants and embrace the wrinkles or maybe a tropical wool trouser with a looser weave. Some companies make rayon/Lyocell/tencel pants that would be fun and match well with a similar fabric collared shirt. Would give great vibes
