Black Shoe Battle: Derbies vs Longwings
Used Florsheim longwings are absolutely god tier. For me, I get way more use out of my black wingtips than my solid black shoes.

what loafers would best suit my needs?
I'm a big fan of Allen Edmonds loafers, the Randolph model fits my foot perfectly. Added bonus of them being plentiful on eBay so if you're down with buying second hand you can easily get a pair of suede and a leather pair for less than the price of a new pair. If you can find an older miUSA pair of Florsheim loafers, they're fantastic quality too. I'm not sure what your budget is but Grant Stone makes fantastic shoes, especially for the price. Alden, Meermin, Velesca, Allen Edmonds, Sebago, and Rancourt are all good choices

Which of those 3 overshirts look best?
Avoid anything made with polyester if you can. 1 would go with an olive chino quite well

Cowboy Boots, vintage/new what brands should I be looking at?
If you're buying second hand, miUSA Justin boots are good. Lucchese is great, Dan Post is good, a good value for your money and petty common on eBay. I've owned quite a few brands over the years, Lucchese and Dan Post fit me the best. Also heads up, most boot brands run 1/2 size large. So if you're a 12, get an 11.5

Thoughts on sweaters/outfits like this?
Are you trying to make that style look more feminine? Because it's harder to do with workwear but if you change the silhouette, maybe make the sweater oversized, have slim jeans and a more narrow and pointy boot it might make a difference

Thoughts on sweaters/outfits like this?
To me, no matter what your build is I'd say that is a style that presents as masculine. Maybe because it's "workwear". That style of sweater was originally worn by fishermen to stay warm, jeans started as workwear, boots could go either way but they still look masculine to me.

Need advice on colors for Pants and Suede Jacket
Brown would be my pick for most versatile color for that jacket, the olive is a little washed out. Regarding the pants, if you're dead set on that specific model I'd go for Dark Indigo, Brass or Nutmeg.

Trying to find new jeans
That's awesome! My Wranglers are 13, I've got a pair of Lee jeans from the 80s that are 13.5, had a custom pair made with a 14 inch rise. I've got a long torso and need the higher rise.

Trying to find new jeans
If you want a looser leg and more space at the top you can try Levi's 550 and 559 in most stores. But if the price for Unbranded are close, I'd go for the Unbranded. Levi's quality has gone to utter shit lately, after multiple bad experiences I will never buy another pair of modern Levi's again unless they change dramatically

Trying to find new jeans
Really? For a 36 the 505s range from an 11.5-12 inch rise, if Polo jeans are higher I'll take a look at them

The Wrangler slims are similar to a 511, the straight are close to a 505/501

Trying to find new jeans
I'm going to disagree with that and say there's a reason pants have belt loops but I get your point. The 505 look better to me. I own Wrangler Cowboy Cut slim and straight. The rise is higher than Levi's which I like, but keep that in mind

Looking for stylish work boot recommendations.
If you want something a little more stylish but less durable, Timberland Pro work boots are good. Better looking, not as durable, worse insole. I've had my current pair for 2 years and they're about to die, my Golden Fox were still going strong after 4 years. I got rid of them because I figured it was time for new boots, I could have had them resoled and kept going. If you get the Timberland boots, do yourself a favor and put another insole in, I put a Dr Scholl's gel insert in and it dramatically improved the boot for me Timberland PRO Men's Direct Attach 6 Inch Soft Toe Insulated Waterproof Work Boot, Marigold https://a.co/d/3UtfkoG

Looking for stylish work boot recommendations.
I'm assuming you already know about Redwings and their pricing, you won't get a new pair for $200 but you can easily get a good used pair. I work in a refinery, 12 hour shifts. If you're looking for a good quality boot for a low price, Golden Fox is an excellent candidate. Their moc toe work boot is very durable, well made and comfortable. You can always find them on Amazon for around $100. They make a "Made in the USA" version of the boot for 200, it's got better finishing and stitching but function and performance wise it's the same. Is it stylish? No, it's a work boot. I know you want to look good but it you're working on your feet all day and you have to pick between cost, style, and function I'd prioritize cost and function. Pants brand recs
Peter Christian is one of the most slept on brands in menswear IMHO. High quality, very fairly priced, great fit, diverse fabric and color options. Only thing I'm not a huge fan of are their jeans, but I'm really picky about what denim I actually look. Their cords and moleskin are fantastic, if I didn't have a full closet of old miUSA Ralph Lauren chinos I'd be buying more of theirs as well. https://www.peterchristianoutfitters.com/?gclid=CjwKCAiA7t6sBhAiEiwAsaieYuSfFT5PWHN3teyRmIkzwJ5inxnKi0k7oZHB4noRMiZt5MBjm4L_fxoCXZ8QAvD_BwE
