Random changes in boat name
One of Saillogger users is experiencing a very weird problem. The boat name keeps changing randomly, seemingly picking up names from neighboring AIS targets (advertised by a PredictWind DataHub back to N2k from what I understand). The name in "Server -> Settings" is persistent and is right, however when they look at "Data Browser", they see a different name and oddly enough that name keeps changing.
Never seen anything like this before and not having direct access to the Signal K instance, struggling a bit to troubleshoot.
Is this ringing a bell for anyone? Is there any flow where a name can be overriden by a network value?

New version of plugin not showing up in updates
I published v3.0.0 of Saillogger plugin yesterday (https://www.npmjs.com/package/signalk-saillogger) but it is not showing up in updates and the older version (v2.5.0) comes up in npmjs search (https://registry.npmjs.org/-/v1/search?size=250&text=keywords:signalk-node-server-plugin).
Ideas on why it might be?

AIS vessel names
Starting relatively recently (cannot pinpoint with which Signal K server upgrade but currently on 2.8.2) something seems to have changed with AIS name identification. The names are now missing for many of the targets. Missing names do show up in the chartplotter so don’t think it is the AIS itself or the reception. This is relatively a new phenomenon, was not observing a notificable/similar behavior before.
I can also observe this on some of the boats in Saillogger so does not seem isolated to me.
Before I do any further digging, anything obvious comes to mind?
