Miscalculated Rank Meters
It seems like the rank meters are not accurate.
ex: i have 3800 and i need a total of 4200, why is the meter at the very first? same with the user who has more than half of the xp but meter is not half near the end...

I think you might have misunderstood the rank card. Everything is shown correctly. Let's take your rank card for example. It shows you are level 19 and currently have 3800 XP, out of the total 4200 needed for level 20.
The amount of XP needed for level 19 is exactly 3800, which you have, meaning you are only at the beginning of level 19. The amount of XP needed for level 20 is 4200. The bar shows how far along you are to level 20. The bar would be around 50% with 4000 XP, since this is the midway point between 3800 and 4200. Since you have just begun level 19, the bar is at the beginning...
Levels seem to be on a loop
i think there's also a problem with users receiving the same level up message
i have members complain that they've been pinged for level 5 numerous times and the other has been pinged for level 3, i just tell them that they probably just needed to chat more but it's kinda weird they're on a loop

After checking our logs, it seems you had the XP Decay feature enabled during the time of the 'duplicate' level ups. As you may know XP decay removes ("decays") XP from all users after a set interval. From at least <t:1722361141:f> until <t:1724201561:f>, this system was enabled at some point (it seems several users have been activating and deactivating it within this period).
What was probably happen is that users would level up, then some time later XP decay would trigger, putting them below the minimum amount of XP required for a certain level, and then would gain back that XP again, and get the level up messages for the same level. XP Decay removing XP is expected behavior....
[KIAI-325] "/xp add level" does not work correctly
If we take a hypothetical situation where you need to have 672 xp to increase your level, then for a person who has 609 xp, /xp add level 1 adds not 1 level, but, as in this case, 3. At the same time, if a person has 0 xp, then /xp add level works correctly.

Roles not being assigned and getting a few errors when changing settings.
Roles not being assigned even though bot perms were set correctly to be able to manage roles and see channels. XP is being handed out correctly. Is this due to me setting xp manually or not waiting long enough? Been 15+ minutes.
I cant see all the channels to set my logging channel
im not sure what i have to set up for the bot to be able to access all channels

Every channel that you yourself have access to should show up in that dropdown, but only the first 25. You can type in the search box to show more @Dennis
