[KIAI-325] "/xp add level" does not work correctly
If we take a hypothetical situation where you need to have 672 xp to increase your level, then for a person who has 609 xp, /xp add level 1 adds not 1 level, but, as in this case, 3. At the same time, if a person has 0 xp, then /xp add level works correctly.
Upd. ("Нулевая" is my nickname on that server)

I was able to reproduce and confirm this is a bug. We have a fix on the way and I'll ping you both when it is resolved.

btw i think there's also a problem with users receiving the same level up message
i have members complain that they've been pinged for level 5 numerous times and the other has been pinged for level 3, i just tell them that they probably just needed to chat more but it's kinda weird they're on a loop
