Kiai permission issue
Typically, when you have an admin role without the manager server or manage roles permissions, we usually whitelist those roles with bots. This way, they can still work without the manage server permissions. I thought the same would happen with Kiai, but unfortunately, it didn’t.
Could you please check this or probably work on this addition?...

@Liver Thanks for pointing that out! Looks like we didn't remove the permission checks when we switched to Discord's integrated options instead and it hasn't been noticed since. I've just PRed a fix

Solution:
I fixed it I just removed all denied voice chats and reenter them

Need help with Role Rewards
I got a friend who's recently leveled up to level 10. For level 10 I've configured he should be rewarded with a level 10 role. Sadly he did not get the role nor did he get a level up message.
Is this something the bot should do automatically or is it manually.
Even after executing "/rewards sync" the bot did not give th3 role to my friend....

I reinstalled the bot from scratch and it all works now!
Unable to reset xp
Hello there! For the past day or so I've been trying to reset the xp for a server I'm on, as we have a system that works best when everyone starts fresh each week. We've tried running the command a few times over the past day to no avail.

Need help deleting data for importing
Can someone help me. I have trouble removing the data from the server. I want to import the data from mee6 but the but says I first need to remove the already existing settings. Yet im unable to remove them

Custom formula has formatting when displayed

the * is causing part of it to be italicized, making it difficult to know what my formula is (if i forgit it and ever wanna know it again in the future)...Solution:

random guy got level 60 from 2 messages
A random guy in my chat only sent 2 messages yet he’s #1 on the leaderboard and level 60. There’s only 10-20 exp per message so I’m really confused how he has so much exp.

Hi @shum. Our records show the user has 4417 minutes of voice XP, which it seems is how he got the XP. This means he has spent 4417 in a Voice Channel unmuted and undeafened
