Hey @Liver! Our team will answer your post soon.
If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping
command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution
to help others find the solution via Answer Overflow@Liver are you meaning you set them with the /xp command?
Yes
I should have been on the leaderboard but I’m not
Out of curiosity, do you show on the weekly and monthly leaderboard?
I have tried both
@Shadow
I'm looking into this
@Liver I think I may have found the issue, can you try running /rank on yourself and then setting your own XP so I can confirm?
Sure, give me a minute
It worked only for me but didn’t work after that
Gotcha, I've found the bug then, the command isn't fully handling edge cases when users weren't initially in the database. This hasn't ever been an issue before because we didn't have a way to disable message XP yet so everyone usually had at least 1 message before they tried that command. I'll get a bug fix pushed through for that soon, dealing with health issues irl.
Any ETA?
Get well soon
Tomorrow if not tonight. Just feel like shit from too many carnival rides this weekend lol
Solution
@Liver The fix for this has been released!
