random guy got level 60 from 2 messages

A random guy in my chat only sent 2 messages yet he’s #1 on the leaderboard and level 60. There’s only 10-20 exp per message so I’m really confused how he has so much exp.

Hi @shum. Our records show the user has 4417 minutes of voice XP, which it seems is how he got the XP. This means he has spent 4417 in a Voice Channel unmuted and undeafened

Your server settings say that a user should get 10 XP for every minute spent in voice chat, so 4417 minutes times 10 is 44 170 XP

You can use /xp set and set the XP as 0 for them
