All roles deleted upon re-entry
Lurkr is not set to delete roles in my server, except that the level rewards are not stacked. It was working fine until I added a new level role which was supposed to be added for each level a reward is given, now lurkr is deleting all the roles a user is autogranted by Carlbot when they come back to the server. How is it even doing this and how do I fix it?
Can't use Dashboard for my server.
I cannot use the dashboard for my server as it keeps giving me error code 404.

fixed the problem by just going into the dashboard on my phone, which then allowed me to go in with my pc

Lurkr removing onboarding roles
Hi, I noticed earlier within my server that when Lurkr autoroles someone after 5 minutes it removes the chosen roles from the server onboarding. Is there anything I should do?
Solution:
I have been monitoring the audit log and it seems to be fixed now. Bot is only giving out the autorole π₯³
Exp not being gained
I set up the levelling roles and everything that was needed to be done, but my members' exp are not being gained, regardless of them speaking in the channel that has levelling toggled. I don't know what's going on. We've synced many times.

I would recommend that you use the Dashboard to configure Lurkr and you'll want to set this setting:
Role Mention Cooldown only working for one role at a time
I've set it up properly and followed the guide, but it will only work for the first role in the selected menu. Every role afterwards get ignored if that is in cooldown, it's like there's only one role that can get in cooldown at once.
I have them all added, and the bot is at the top of the roles....

Lurkr needs to be above all of your Role Rewards in this list and also have the "Manage Roles" permission
Adding role rewards
So i am wondering if I add another role reward as I don't like my current system where for them to see the channel im adding all the available lvl roles when I can just add 1 single role they earn as they lvl up and they get access for example if the leaks channel is locked till lvl 20 im adding lvl 20 and above roles. Now if i have remove previous rewards on that will just remove the older role which Doesnt work as they need to keep it unless I keep adding it to each role per level (not sure if...
Solution:
Not exactly sure what you mean but I'm guessing you're asking if Lurkr can assign specific permissions/channel access to levels and currently it can't, that's kind of the purpose of the role rewards.
You can create special permission roles that when you have it, will gain access to a specific channel. That would have the benefit of the permission not necessarily being connected to the role reward but still allows you the ability to assign it as a role reward.
And to answer your question Lurkr does not synchronize the role rewards immediately, the users will have to level up or use /syncrolerewards....
People started getting double roles
I noticed that people are starting to get double roles even though they already have a higher role and I dont have keep previous rewards on. Is there a way to reverse that and remove the old level reward based on their current levels
