Is there a way to change the command Prefix from the / to a ! or something else?

DO lvl roles only get added after being added to dashboard?
If i was to add a role reward for hitting lvl 5 now do all previous lvl 5 and up users get that role or only the new people that hit lvl 5?

So I am trying to have it where when a certain action is met they get xp for it but the only automation bot i found was mee6 but I dont want to use their lvling system is there a way I can have them gain xp from lurkr instead?

remove bonus xp
Is there a way to remove the 20% bonus xp? That gets added in the discord fhe voting thing.

server boosting
I have it set so that server boosting gets the person a 10% xp bonus is there a way to make it for double boosters a 20% xp bonus as they still have the same role which is server booster that gets the 10% xp bonus
