DO lvl roles only get added after being added to dashboard?

If i was to add a role reward for hitting lvl 5 now do all previous lvl 5 and up users get that role or only the new people that hit lvl 5?

Solution:

All role rewards are resynced when users level up or when you run the /syncrolerewards command on them

Error when saving Level Up Message Embed settings

I can't use the dashboard to add an embedded level message as every time i do i get this error.

Solution:

both the avatar icon and author url aren't using URL placeholders

Can I decrease someone's xp gaining rate?

I have some people breaking their phrases in different messages to level up faster. i want them to level up slower than others 💀 so, is it possible?

Solution:

Levels are only counted every minute of someone talking, it shouldn't really affect it that much

Leaderboard pages not accessible ?

So i'm unable to view leaderboard pages, the page buttons are greyed out making it so i'm only able to look at the first page, how to resolve this?

Importing bot level data

Ok so I know it only supports a few bots right now but what if I already have the data exported in CSV format? Would I still be able to import that at all?

Debug levelup message

Its possible some how run to debug levelup messege? Cuz when add xp or level via commands its not fire.

the /xp and /level commands do not trigger level up messages. only leveling up naturally does

Where is the dashboard?

So this might sound like something obvious. But where can I get into my dashboard? Whenever I go lurkr.gg and click on dashboard (I'm already logged in), click on my server, it adds the bot again to my server. But no dashboard.

Alright well seems to have fixed itself then, probably just that specific build of nightly that broke it

How does Channel Multipliers work with threads

So I am trying to make it so this channel specifically gets a certain multiplier, do the threads within that channel also follow that and I dont think the channel multipliers is allowing me to have it added. Everytime I press the plus button it doesnt add it

Can you earn exp on stage channels?

I have a stage channel where I stream movies and in the text chat on that channel, people react and chat as the movie airs. How can I add this type of channel for members to earn exp? Can you gain experience even while on the channel by watching the movie without chatting?...

Lurkr bot mee6 levels transfer

I had mee6 for along time and there's already lvl 30+ members on the server. I don't have mee6 premium. I already made level role rewards with no members on them without adding lurkr bot yet. How can I be sure that all leveled transferd members will get the new roles based on their levels even if the reward is at level 10 and they are on level 12. Im planing to fully configure the Bot and enable the levels first then run the mee6 leaderboard transfer command. Anything wrong? Or do that plan 🤔...

yes. but the users role rewards are also synced automatically everytime users level up

all commands visible to everyone?

How to make only certain commands visible to everyone in the server? because right now anyone can delete the guild config with the command, however if i go into app intergrations and set it so only i can use the bot no one can edit their rank card, surely a command like guild config deletion should be an admin only command?

Solution:

The settings in the integration page only change the visiblity of the command, who can see the commands in what channel. The actual permissions of who can actually execute the command cannot be changed and is handled by the bot seperatly...

How to remove from statistics a user who has left the server?

How to remove from statistics a user who has left the server. Previously, there was no option enabled that would do this automatically. How to delete manually if the user is no longer on the server?

you can use the /config reset option:Leveling System Data command, and pass the user via the values option

You can adjust the global multiplier to a number lower than x1 to slow down the leveling

Setting /Colour Hex Code

I've been trying to change my name colour on a different server but it's saying that " The accent colour option you provided was not valid. Please, try again. " even tho I have the hex 4 role ( red colour ) ,am i making a mistake or smth else is going on please tell me

A way to test output of level up commands?

I'm transfering my levels from Mee6, and everything has been going well so far. However, I have a custom level up command from years of using Mee6 that we're pretty attatched to, and I wanted to see if it would still work when output. The output is this: JAYDEN'S party was victorious! You gained {random:1:9999} EXP! {player} grew to LEVEL {level}! ...

I'm not sure what you mean by the random variable but in the dashboard the large text field for the level up message lets you see which variables Lurkr currently has supported just by typing {

Not all levels transferred over

Hi, I just added the bot last night to a server that previously had mee6. I did the whole transfer thing, but I think I noticed that not everyone's previous ranks got transfered over. Is this normal or is there a reason why not all of them would have been transfered over? Im noticing this at least within the top 100.

Solution:

it seems the only users we skip from mee6's api are the ones without a username
