no one is receiving xp/ the bot doesn't give the level up message
Hi, I've been dealing with an issue where the bot suddenly stopped giving xp to users (where i have everything done correctly on the dashboard),and it worked before as well, can someone help me out?

you're using a blacklist for the leveling channels, so to make sure which channels lurkr has access to, run

these 5 images below the /config troubleshoot is the whole leveling page on the dashboard,do i need to send something else as well?

saw that no one got new roles despite chatting a lot,then checked their xp and it was zero

Since the bot isn't assigning new roles, can you make sure that the bots highest role is above the roles you want it to assign in the role management menu?
yes,the bot role is above everyone (the roles above him are just cosmetic/not used)
