Exp not being gained
I set up the levelling roles and everything that was needed to be done, but my members' exp are not being gained, regardless of them speaking in the channel that has levelling toggled. I don't know what's going on. We've synced many times.

I would recommend that you use the Dashboard to configure Lurkr and you'll want to set this setting:

Leveing Channels (Whitelist) means that only nitro-chat is allowed as a leveling channel. You probably want it to be set as a blacklist.
ohh okay, so what commands should I run then if I want nitro, general and staff chat to be leveled in?
