Cant access website when proxied through Cloudflare

my site was working fine up to today. i havent changed any settings and none of my ssl certificates have expired. I have checked that no firewalls or ratelimits are affecting it. when any of my sites are requested whcih are proxyed through cloudflare they either give "connection timed out" "ssl handshake failed" or "webserver is returning an unknown error" errors randomly. "Sorry, you have been blocked," and lots of requests from different countries

Hi CF discord, My team member just visited our landing page and received a "Sorry, you have been blocked" error page from Cloudflare. Both me and my other team member tried visiting the site and got the same error page. It went away after 2-3 minutes, but I wanted to know if this indicates something wrong with my site configuration....

can't access api keys

I am not able to get to my api keys as I need a password, but when I signed up I used "google sign in" which does not give me a password. I tried to change my password, but I can't as I didn't have a previous password and leaving old pw blank didn't work. I tried "forgot my password" and I don't receive an email to reset when I put in the email address I signed up with. A ticket was submitted a few days ago and still have not receive any communication. I can't access "my activities - all tickets" as it redirects me to "Redirecting to Cloudflare help center hosted by Salesforce..." How can I go about getting this resolved as I just want to be able to access my api keys/token....

Load Balancing

Hey So i'm new to setting up load balancing, I paid for the plan that i can get load-balancing with. And i just don't know how to set it up correctly because cloudflare is saying both endpoints are unreachable and critical or whatever. I am using ionos has a domain provider and just wonder what i need to do after changing the nameservers in ionos.

Hey, I would like to add to my account a domain that I don't own and is registered on cloudflare by an other user (i need it to setup a tunnel in zerotrust), I added it but it is now telling me "Pending Nameserver Update", how can i fix that?

WARP on iOS not working for youtube and tiktok

Hi, for some reason on my iOS device when I turn on the cloudflare one warp "vpn", tiktok and youtube stops loading, basically just freezes and acts like it cant connect to network. I have the newest version, also got the root cert installed and everything else works like it should just these 2 apps i noticed dont. Anybody got some ideas for solution? Thanks

A/CNAME Records

Can anyone help me find how to do the following: (Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that www.violetlobo.com will resolve. "Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain so that violetlobo.com will resolve.)" I know where to add this information, however, I am not entirely sure what to write under the A/CNAME records... new to this, sorry...

Issues with website for newly added domain

I've got a few sites configured in CloudFlare already so know the process etc. I've recently added a new domain, configured in the same way as the others (incl the Apache config on origin server). Trying to access website on new domain and it redirects (301) to one of my other websites. Nothing on origin server is doing it either as I can add a localhost entry and access the website with no issues (other than browser doesn't trust the CloudFlare origin SSL cert I have configured in Apache)....

403 forbidden on zero trust tunnel

Hi, I'm setting up a tunnel, that successfully points to my node app running locally. There's a file upload section in the app, and when I try to upload files I get a 403 forbidden error on the browser client. No errors server side, so I suspect the call never arrives to the server. Any ideas about what that could be? I have full TLS encryption....

cloudflare tunnels for anything but http(s)

cloudflare tunnels have worked great for anything http, its set up a tunnel for a device, add a public hostname, host it on device and run cloudflared dada however when i change the protocol from anything but http(s), nothing works at all, in most cases i can just slap an http header on it and call it a day, but im not sure how to do that with ssh (and id rather not) what i want:...

Can't use two-factor authentication

Hi, i changed a new phone, I couldn't use Authenticator to generate two-factor authentication code now, because the old cloudflare setting has gone from the apps. So i can't login to my cloudflare account. I tried to recover it from attached area, but haven't received any reply/ reset email . Can you help me to login please?

Do redirect rules in pages only work on the apex domain not on CNAME custom domain?

I have setup a custom domain for my clients "docs.clientA.com" which is setup to a cname to my pages project -- this works, but i need a redirect rule so that if the client goes to https://docs.clientA.com it wont show my pages apex domain, i only want it for authenticated nested paths such as /dash /account etc. (This is a whitelabeled saas) so i set up a redirect rule, but it seems they dont work on custom domains?...
