Can't use two-factor authentication
Hi, i changed a new phone, I couldn't use Authenticator to generate two-factor authentication code now, because the old cloudflare setting has gone from the apps. So i can't login to my cloudflare account. I tried to recover it from attached area, but haven't received any reply/ reset email . Can you help me to login please?

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.

but, this is only for reset the password, i can login with password, but it ask me to enter the two-factor authentication

The below images shows what happens when I log into my account, because my 'Authenticator' apps in my new phone doesn't have the old Cloudflare two-factor authentication record. So i have to recover it....but it has been a long while, i still haven't received any access code.
There must be a way to give us some support, the company I work for requires access to cloudflare but the worker who previously had access is no longer with us, so we only have the email and password but not the OTP or a old device since the laptop was formatted, and I tried to contact cloudflare support and they did not give me a solution, the answer is the same, I must have the phone or a browser, which I do not have and they do not provide me with a solution, which would simply be to give me a temporary otp to be able to enter or reset it and allow me to register another one. I am dissatisfied with the support service
