doDaylightCycle Settings Not Saving on PlotSquared World

Anyone know why my plot world's daylight cycle refuses to be set to false when doing /gamerule doDaylightCycle false? When I join the world I can issue the above command and it works just fine until I restart the server (Issue the stop command in the console and then run my start.bat again). I have even edited the worlds level.dat with NBTExplorer and manually set it to false there but it is STILL enabled in-game!...

Random super high ping lag spikes with solid 20 TPS. No idea what is causing them.

So intermittently we will get a huge lag spike on the server. Most players pings will shoot up to 300+ and sometimes even 1000+. This lasts about 30 seconds and slowly goes down over time. Pterodactyl server ignoring garbage collection (memory leak?)

I started up a paper server using pterodactyl for the first time. Until now I've self-hosted and never had an issue with memory (admittedly because I allocated like 64GB). Everything is great so far, but it just refuses to do garbage collection. This just makes the RAM slowly fill up until the server eventually crashes. The server has 4GB of RAM to work with. Here's what I've tried so far: -allocating less ram than I have available. This kind of works, but setting the allocated ram or max ram percentage just makes it crash earlier....

anyone here had problems with naturally generated leaves not decaying.

For some reason, naturally generated leafs does not decay. Even tho i have now done everything i could to make em decay. Worldguard has the leaf decay allow as well. And even installed a fast leaf decay plugin too, tho no success...

Crops not growing

Crops are not growing at all on my server, which isn't an issue for the time being, as I'm still setting it up. Obviously, this will not fly on a public server. I'm running Purpur on 1.12.1, with viaversion and viarewind active. I have attached my plugin list....

Planning for a modded Minecraft server for school

I have gathered with the students department to make a Minecraft server, it is planned to be a modded server. I must make a plan of what I need.. I have the hosting ensured, rough estimations might be around 15-20 players max on specific times. I must take into consideration: - desired platform (forge OR fabric) (will be chosen by students tbh) - desired modpacks (self made modpacks are unstable. Would be pretty to find an adventure+tech styled modpack in a recent mc version) - JVM flags setup. I need help with this. I do not know how to tune JVM flags...

Looking for Plugin that customizes Paper permanent block breaking exploit fix (Block whitelist)

Hello, I'm looking to see if there is a plugin that allows further customization of the Paper bedrock breaking patch than the allow-permanent-block-break-exploits config allows. What I mean this, is base Paper has the option to either disable all permanent block exploits for all permanent blocks, both bedrock and end portal frames, or enable full vanilla (bug) behavior. What I want is the ability to apply to the patch to end portal frames but not bedrock. I want to keep the end accessible in a vanilla (no hack) anarchy environment long-term without manual interference, which means people shouldn't be able to break end portal frames since there is just 128 strongholds in a world and the end portal frame block isn't survival obtainable. On the other hand, bedrock breaking is something that I wish to preserve, for people to be able to boost their farm rates, make flat PvP bedrock arenas, void traps, void bases, making builds featuring bedrock through carving away some of the bedrock, and all the other interesting vanilla gameplay possible through the bedrock breaking glitches. I've thought about World guarding the ability to place pistons adjacent to end portals, preventing headless pistons capable of breaking end portal frames, but that wouldn't stop manipulation of nether portal spawning to break end portals, which also needed as a vanilla perm block breaking mechanic that I want specifically disabled for end portal frames and enabled for bedrock....

Velocity Network with modded servers?

I want to have a server network that has a main hub server as well as a few vanilla servers and some modded servers across multiple versions. (I plan to use ViaVersion and ViaBackwards) I can't ever find a straight answer on how to do this. What software should I use? Is this even possible? I've seen that velocity doesn't support forge 1.13-1.20.

Looking for a more natural land claim plugin

Does anyone have recommendations for a land claim plugin that is very well integrated into gameplay? My goal is to have as few commands and guis the player needs to interact with as possible. I've looked at ProtectionStones and that is likely what I'll end up using if there aren't any more modern feeling alternatives. Premium is no issue. Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Mobs aren't spawning, farms not working.

Forge mod that shows ranks in chat? And one that lets you ping that role?

Hiya again, thanks for all the previous help, i truly appreciate it as i'm very new to all of this. I'm just looking for a mod or a way to make roles (i.e. admin, member, owner, etc) to show up in chat alongside the player name, and if possible a way to ping players/roles? I'm on ver 1.20.1 on forge if thats any help! I looked at essentials chat but it isn't supported on forge, and tab my nezmany is also unsupported
