Calculating wage for builders?
How should I track the progress and work done by my builders in order for them to receive payment? Issue is that a lot of them are a mixed bag, some of them work increedibly fast while others take it at a slower pace, so it wouldn't be fair to pay them hourly.

Limiting Y level to 0?
Alright so i have a server running off 1.20.4 (soon 1.21) that alot of 1.8.8 players play on. Like --- 70% of our playerbase alot.
issue is that the 1.8 client cant render below y level 0. Everything else gameplay-wise works fine though.
My question is this: Is there going to be any significant impact on gameplay if we limit our y level to 0? I want the best of both worlds for 1.8 compatability but also gameplay for players on 1.20+

Change world environment?
im trying to figure out how i can set the main world to the nether without any external plugins or datapacks. I feel like there is a way I just cant find any config options in bukkit to accomplish this. Just for some context i want the only world on this server to be the nether

Swapping drives in a software raid 10 array
Should I use an NVME duplicator to make 1:1 clones of the drives or would it be possible for me to just replace each drive one-by-one, because theoretically the array would just rebuild itself entirely?

Atlassian Self Hosted?
Is there any possible way to self host Jira, Confluence and other stuff? Or are there any good alternatives out there that are just as good? They have a "data center" edition that lets you self host it but the catch is that you need to have $44,000/year to spare.
