Calculating wage for builders?
How should I track the progress and work done by my builders in order for them to receive payment? Issue is that a lot of them are a mixed bag, some of them work increedibly fast while others take it at a slower pace, so it wouldn't be fair to pay them hourly.

pay by build
^ half now, half when finished
never ever pay hourly
it incentivizes slower work
you need to categorize builds into a metric of effort and pay per completed project
don’t do half now half after, just pay when done
make sure builders only work on projects they know you’ve confirmed and they’ll be paid for
you could categorize builds by size, or by number of blocks
in general I firmly believe that a happy workforce gives you the best results
give generous bonuses to people who are doing what you’re looking for. which is speed, quantity, and quality
set a standard rate per project that everyone is aware of, and give bonuses at your leisure for anybody who matches one or more of those 3
you should hopefully cut down the workforce entirely until everyone you work with is doing 2/3 minimum
and is happy to do so because they’re being paid adequately for it
I would never track “progress”, just check out a build when its done and make a mental note of how long it took vs how good it is
