Atlassian Self Hosted?

Is there any possible way to self host Jira, Confluence and other stuff? Or are there any good alternatives out there that are just as good? They have a "data center" edition that lets you self host it but the catch is that you need to have $44,000/year to spare.

You want the Awesome Selfhosted and Awesome Sysadmin git lists. There are alts for these things and they’re near universally Docker based.

I can speak highly about AppFlowy. Planka was pretty good for a minimal Kanban.
