Query Error (When adding new Rust server)

~~We were unable to query the server at the given IP and query port. Hey guys, My server is up, its in the steam list, I can connect via RCON. However I cant seem to find it on battlemetrics or even query it directly with IP and ports... This is a Game-1 server hosted with OVH, firewall on OVH disabled, Game firewall enabled with game ports added already....

Unable to Connect RCON to Server from BattleMetrics website.

Using Port 5678 for RCON Using Port 28015 for Game Using Port 28016 for Query Copy pasting password so cannot be incorrect ...

Server De-Ranked

Good afternoon, could you help me? For some reason, my server began to appear as not included in the rating. I looked at the statistics, they show players that I don’t understand, I don’t understand how this could happen, is it possible to somehow return the server to the public list? Solution:

Since you added rcon, just email the staff from your account's email to get the process started.

Fake player pop

Servers https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/dayz/23485972 and https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/dayz/24461896 are faking their player count on DZSA launcher and second server is redirecting to the first server. Very misleading, thought I'd let you guys know.

Cannot query my 3 servers

Hello, I currently own 3 game servers(TF2, Garrysmod and Rust) that have been up since May. They have appeared to query just fine on battlemetrics automatically without any issues. I made the decision to go with a game panel after a few months instead of using a command line to run my servers. Worth a shot. I don't know that the game firewall will actually be turned off though

Says I have two servers.... Trying to set up/use free trial..

My server port/ip isnt working.. So I went in to try and "search" my server to use that method instead. Shows I have two servers.... (One online and one offline yet "same) How do I fix this? I would like to use my free trial....

Masked IP?

some serveres i try to join kicks me and says something about having a masked IP. Iv searched my entire pc for stuff and have found nothing. One of my other buddies that also lives the same apartment complex has the same issue and we are forced to use this one specfic internet provider living here its called Gigamonster. Any help would be much appreciated

Server names are bugged?

I have a cluster of 12 ark ascended servers. I used the same ports as my old ark evolved servers. That worked fine but the names did not update. After several weeks with no name update I deleted the names and tried to readd the servers but I cant even get them to show up because the website has wrong data for these. I have changed the names and see correct ip addresss linked with ports I have never used. These ports are in the range of my port forwards but are not correct. When a server is added the log and RCON works on the intended port even though the name is a random crapshoot of all my instances. I have tried adding the servers back by ip and port and some it will take with the wrong names others I get: "Query Error We were unable to query the server at the given IP and query port." ...

Ark Online/Offline status

Currently trying to create an offline and online status for our servers discord but getting an error. I essentially want to show when the server goes offline and online in a discord channel. Using google apps script. Help please?

Can’t setup arma 3 server

So i also use BRC from infistar and i can connect via rcon see the players and all from my pc. But on battlemetrics setup it says that it can’t connect also my server is not on the arma 3 serverlist on your website, but ingame launcher i can see it....

CS2 servers

Hello, until the CS update, I had access to the servers without problems. Since the official launch of CS2, no server obtains usage information and the accounts that entered them, 90% of the servers are ''blank''. Is this normal or is there something with my account?
