Can’t setup arma 3 server

So i also use BRC from infistar and i can connect via rcon see the players and all from my pc. But on battlemetrics setup it says that it can’t connect also my server is not on the arma 3 serverlist on your website, but ingame launcher i can see it....

CS2 servers

Hello, until the CS update, I had access to the servers without problems. Since the official launch of CS2, no server obtains usage information and the accounts that entered them, 90% of the servers are ''blank''. Is this normal or is there something with my account?

2FA Issue

Is there any possible way to reset my 2FA? For context I recently swapped phones and in doing so my app for 2FA reset all of its connections. I need the code from my 2FA in order to access sign into my account and access RCON that I can no long access. Any help is appreciated!

Multiple Organizations

Is there a way to separate logs from different Orgs while viewing BM? I am part of two Orgs as admin with BM access, we would like to continue to use BM as our database but we have run into this issue. When pulling up a player we now do not know what server the log history information is from, just shows all. Is there a way to show what server an activity was done on? This can be for an org that has multiple servers or separate orgs. An single org with two servers also can not see what server an activity log was on when viewing a players history. Thanks....

You can also click timestamps on messages for detailed views includes servers & org information.

Is the search engine just this bad?

Filter by max distance not working

Servers are not updated on battlemetrichs

Hey Guys, my rust-servers are getting no update on Battlemetrichs anymore. They wipe 2 times per week. As you can see, most of them are showed as "15 days" last wipe. Any idea?...

BM Status page?

Is there a way to see the online status of BM and back-end services? We've been having a lot of issues these days and last weeks of sorts, where it would randomly no longer be available or think a bunch of people disconnected and reconnected, while in reality they were still on our server. Server being shown as offline and empty for a moment while it was active and full....

counter-strike 2 rcon support missing

If i add a server i can only choose "counter-strike: global offensive", but that somehow has connection issues with cs2 servers. It worked 10 mins, but now the server ain't reachable anymore. Would be glad if cs2 support was added....

Triggers are showing as "Loading..."

For some reason when I go to the triggers to find my triggers they never load, when they do load and I create a new one It doesn't do anything, and if its a player action or a server action it does not go to the respective drop down.

Activity window on mobile is too short

[ARK] it's really difficult to keep an eye or look for something in activity tab on mobile because of the size of the window - it shows only up to 5 short messages. Can be scrolled but it's very uncomfortable. Back in the days of the app, this window was covering almost entire screen. Chrome/ android...

Cant log in

Can someone help me with login? Login via steam doesnt work nor reseting password works. When i try to reset password i get: Forbidden Your session has expired. Please refresh the page and try again....

That's an odd error for this circumstance. I'd try completely deleting your cookies for our site and clearing your browser cache

My server shows as offline and seems to not be updating at all

[Bug] Log lines with duplicated message IDs

on our HLL server we had one guy get a bunch of teamkills at once with a nade, however, all but the first teamkill messages received the exact same message ID. After refreshing the page, all of the messages that shared the same message ID "collapsed" into one message.
