My server shows as offline and seems to not be updating at all

Im really not sure what is causing it. The server is up with active players, it just seems to not be communicating properly anymore since 9/21/23

It states offline,
with query working it means the RCON connection that was connected is offline.
sorry im not very knowledgeable on Rcon, could you explain a bit more?
Someone at some point claimed this server on battlemetrics RCON (Remote Console Control) of the server.
yeah and that wasn't me, u have any ideas on what i could do?
That will be something for Hordicus to discuss/check.
The only people that can claim a server is if they have access to the server files &/Or RCON password.
