Servers are not updated on battlemetrichs
Hey Guys, my rust-servers are getting no update on Battlemetrichs anymore.
They wipe 2 times per week. As you can see, most of them are showed as "15 days" last wipe.
Any idea?

All of your servers are responding to queries, ableit on a slower schedule due to the low server population and since you're not using RCON.
As for wipes, see the following article for our wipe criteria: https://learn.battlemetrics.com/article/18-rust-last-wipe-troubleshooting
Rust Last Wipe Troubleshooting
Our detection of the "Last Wipe" for any given Rust server depends on several factors: Has the server just restarted? If so, has the map seed changed? If yes, t
Thanks for your fast answer.
As explained, we wipe twice a week all of our servers.
The map / seed etc. is also always changing.
I'm kinda confused, why the servers are not getting updates.
For increasing the pop on our servers, battlemetrichs is always very helpful.
Can you please tell me what to do now? @Hordicus
Use RCON + favorite the servers to increase the query update rate.
Follow the guide I linked to improve the last wipe detection accuracy for your servers.
RCON is used, Ownership on battlemetrichs is claimed. Servers are in my favorite.
I dont see any updates... Any clue why?
What's the server URL?
Define not getting updates? I see the server is responding to queries and the RCON connection seems to be healthy
My main issue is, that the servers are not getting marked as "wiped".
Still 25 days old...
There must be an issue with missing one of the steps in the wipe checklist I sent you previously. Is the server staying offline long enough for us to notice? Is the seed changing as reported over the query? Something may be preventing that from getting sent to us (mods, server manager, etc)
Hm normally servers are running 24/7. Wipes are happening as planned.
Maybe it is updating now after the next wipe?
Perhaps. Just have to keep an eye on it. When was the last wipe?
We host 4 different serers. Everyday a wipe is happening.
Todays wipe was done before i added RCON and claimed ownership.
Maybe we get an update tomorrow.
Thanks for your help
The next time you wipe try firing off a manual query after the server is offline.
Make sure we detect it as offline. Then when it comes back up fire off another query
(or just take the server offline for more than 5 minutes to guarantee we detect it)
Normally we want to let the servers work most of the time automatically...
Servers are wiping, we linked multiple custom maps, maps are choosen randomly etc.
Lets see.
