BM Status page?
Is there a way to see the online status of BM and back-end services?
We've been having a lot of issues these days and last weeks of sorts, where it would randomly no longer be available or think a bunch of people disconnected and reconnected, while in reality they were still on our server.
Server being shown as offline and empty for a moment while it was active and full.

That will more likely be a connection issue between your server and BM,
BM is setup with fall back systems, so it's highly unlikely for it to be offline.
Under your server's connection settings (if you have it added via RCon) there are connection tests you can run directly.
I'm looking for a BM online/operational status page.
But we've been able to resolve partly the issue.
Right, but those directly test between the backend servers and your own. So it's better than that, and that would also tell you that info. Outside of that it'd just be if the site is down. There isn't a direct status page other than those connections off the top of my head.
