I was able to update ports earlier and it connected successfully but is now saying unable.
We changed ports with the same IP then I updated BM and everything went fine. After a few moments I saw the error message "The server is not online" on my dashboard and no matter how many time I try to connect it just doesn't anymore.

Solution:
It seems like the issues was setting the IP in rcon.cfg file to our ip instead of 0.0.0.0, reverting it back to 0.0.0.0 solved the issued.

My BM changed and now I can't see players and serverlogs at the same time
So my BM changed and it annoying.
When i go to any of our servers, I have always had playerlist on the left of the screen and Logs on the right.
Now it only shows logs and I need to press this "Arrow"-button on the left and then I can see the players.
Not both at the same time, only logs or players.

Concealing address for security?
Are there any plans or thoughts to enhance security by concealing server IPs and ports, perhaps utilizing the Steam Connect protocol (steam://run/APP_ID//+connect SERVER_IP:SERVER_GAME_PORT) or implementing a validation mechanism before disclosing the IPs?
While displaying IPs is essential for players to join, it also presents a vulnerability for malicious attacks.
For example, other servers aiming to climb in rankings could launch network attacks against other servers ranked above them.
I have a low rank server, a high rank server, and a server not listed on the BM. Interestingly, neither the low-rank nor the server not in BM experienced any malicious attacks, while the higher-ranking server consistently encountered malicious network attacks....
HLL: Send message to player in a squad without a squad leader
We want to send a message to a player that is in a squad that does not have a squad leader. To achieve this, I created a trigger with the following:
Type: Player update
Scope: Player - Tracks across session & server
Rate limit: limit = 2, minutes = 1 minute
Condition: Unit does not contain "lead"...

Gather/component rate in tags only goes to 100
Trying to set up the tags, but I noticed that the gather and component rates don't go higher than 100.
For my 1000000x server that's not enough....
Dashboard views collapsed
Hi, our dashboard views collapsed yesterday to these small boxes, first I got an infinite loading message and when I refreshed the page every box collapsed - I know I can resize them but it's a lot of work for 30 servers... Is there any way to restore this or is the support team able to restore it from a backup or something?
BM hashing EOS ID's from shared data?
Was about to add a ban on a player reported by another server, but noticed we got a (I believe) hashed EOS ID when viewing the profile. If that hash is selected as an identifier and the ban is applied, the ban updates it to show the full EOS ID. See attached for a player profile we only have shared data on and thus showing the hashed ID, but as soon as a ban is placed the full ID becomes available, albeit only inside the ban itself.
Is there any real reason for this, or would it be possible to simply share the full ID to make sharing information easier between communities? ❤️...

And yes, we're aware that EOS IDs as a category are currently missing from data sharing. Will get that fixed
"Ongoing" downtime, even as server shows online

As you can see, on 12/14 it claims the server went down, and is still ongoingly down. However, later that same day and on subsequent days, it sees the server going down and coming back up, and of course, still sees the server as online.
This is direly affecting the uptime history....
Message scheduler for dayz
Ive setup a message scheduler for dayz it sends in the rcon page, but dosnt appear in game. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers
Webhook or similar to add/remove flags remotely?
I was looking to add functionality to a plugin of ours to add/remove a flag from a player in BM. Is there some sort of webhook or other way I could tie in and do this?

I am completely new to BM, and I need to create a trigger for my HLL server. I hope there is someone who can help.
What the trigger should be able to do is:
When we seed our server, it should send a message to everyone joining the server when there are fewer than 50 players. They should press Y to make it disappear again....
