rcon free trial
It tells me that I have a server added or that I was already given the free trial but I never got it.

That's generally because the server itself has had the trial done on it. Is this a rented server and not a vps/dedi?
It is a rented server on nitrado.
If you claimed rcon via nitrado you should have recieved a email with a link to claim the server.
