Seeking Help, Regarding Server Hosts and Costs...
I'm posting this to ask for help regarding what server host to use, and what $16.00 USD could get me, in terms of storage and ram?...
Looking to start paying for my server to be hosted, and wanting someone reputable and trustworthy, but also one where I can get the most bang for my buck, since I'm willing to be able to host 35 people for semi-long term, once I gain enough of a playerbase-

optimal places to look for players to test my server
Essentially what the title says—
My server is just about done pre-generating a 10K radius of chunks, and I'll be mostly done with adding the plugins I need and such, and tweaking the server properties, within the hour—at least, that's my estimate of approximation...
Currently wanting to know the best place to look, for people who I can recruit, to test my server; I'll take any suggestions or advice given.

offhand item placement for Bedrock Edition??...
Currently have been looking for a fix in the Minecraft Discord foxynotails' discord, and youtube, but haven't found anything—
It's not the end of the world, and it's not a huge deal, but if I can fix or alter this, then I'd like to do that.
The issue I'm having, is the fact that the items that are in the offhand, end up rendering way up near the middle of the screen on the far left, and they appear as very shrunken down versions of the actual item; video is attached below, to better visually explain.
