Announcements Plugin?...
Overall, what is the most lightweight—but also functional, and useful announcements plugin out there?...
There's numerous ones to choose from, and I'm not sure which one would be best to go with—

they all work out the same, it really depends on what features you want. without that info we can't help you decide either!
Essentially just something that I can use to automate a few messages for different times, and having a message sent when someone joins the server, but only for the users that are joining, not for the ones that are already online... Other than that, the ability to manually make standalone/independent announcements, as well

I took a look at it, and it has a hell of a lot of features that I may end up not even
touching—let alone using, lmao
